Gateway Upgrade North - Bridge 11
Gateway Upgrade North - Bridge 11 construction progress, A significant 6 span bridge on a reverse curve alignment, made more complicated with varying pier skews (fixed by road geometry), with the largest skew at approximately 56degrees. TMR Design Criteria for Bridges and Other Structures only allow Super T's to have an end skew of 45degrees, so beam placement were sawtooth and stepped at supports.
