Adam joined BG&E in August 2022 in the role of General Counsel. He is a solutions focused legal executive with more than 20 years’ experience and is passionate about building high performing teams and creating positive working environments.
Adam has a successful track record in engineering consulting and the construction industry, recently serving as the ANZ Chief Counsel and Company Secretary at AECOM and Senior Counsel and Company Secretary at KBR. During this time, he negotiated large infrastructure projects across the infrastructure, property, water, energy, defence, and resource sectors, and advised boards and senior management on corporate governance, employment law, claims and insurance management, policies and compliance. He has experience working across multiple jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Europe and North America.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. He is a valued member of BG&E’s Executive Leadership Team and Risk Committee.
Outside of work, he enjoys trail running, hiking, snowboarding and scuba diving.
