Addax Tower
The Addax Tower is a $320 million iconic high-rise commercial tower that forms part of a grand waterfront mixed-use development on Al Reem Island, which is situated approximately one kilometer from Abu Dhabi’s central business district.
This skyscraper stands at 266 metres high and is one of Abu Dhabi’s tallest buildings. It comprises 65 storeys of office space, as well as a six-level carpark and three basements. The building also includes 146,850 square metres for the 26-storey hotel.
Together, with an adjoining podium, the total floor area of the Addax Tower is 240,000 square metres. It was constructed using reinforced and post-tensioned concrete and encapsulated with a glistening aluminum and glass facade.
