Situated on the shoreline of Dubai Creek, the Culture Village, also known as, Jaddaf Waterfront, is a mixed-use development spanning 3,700,000 square metres.

BG&E provided structural engineering services for the development which includes two basement levels beneath access levels on the ground and lower ground, to serve the hotel entry and boardwalk promenade. The four upper suspended levels will house the hotel rooms and a superb roof top terrace, pool and restaurant.

Architects, DSA, framed the development in two distinctive wings to help maximise views of Dubai Creek.

The ever-expanding metropolitan city has approximately 90,000 hotel rooms.
