Doha Festival City is one of the most significant shopping and entertainment destinations in the Middle East – housing 525 stores, more than 100 restaurants, 8,000 car parking bays, four theme parks and covers an impressive 433,847 square metres – the size of 57 football pitches.

BG&E provided structural engineering and materials testing services for the centre, including an independent review and value engineering, and designing the structural steel elements. The construction engineering included temporary load case design, staging analysis, crane base design and glazing design.
