Designed by leading architects, Francis-Jones Morehen Thorp, the EY Centre is located at 200 George Street and is a splendid addition to Sydney’s skyline.

With its rich history, multitude of materials, unique timber and glass facade, high-performance sustainability elements and bespoke artwork – the centre provides a warm and inviting experience for tenants and visitors.

BG&E provided structural engineering services for the office tower, which included the following key features:

• pure tension transfer columns;
• floor plate geometry;
• excavation methodology;
• post-tensioned beams; and
• steel walers.
