The $140 million Transit Oriented Development (TOD) at Ferny Grove Central station in north Brisbane, Queensland will deliver a landmark transport hub with over 1,400 retail and commuter carparks, 82 residential apartments and shopping and entertainment amenities.

BG&E is providing for structural engineering services for this innovative urban densification project.

The development of the Ferny Grove Central TOD will create more than 800 full time jobs, including 285 during construction, contributing to the COVID-19 economy recovery. The project is also expected to provide enhanced travel convenience and safety by late 2023.
