This warehouse development is part of a rapidly-expanding industrial area in Sydney’s West and offers easy access to the M4 Western Motorway and Westlink M7.

The project involved a 20,000-square metre warehouse, associated administration facilities and car parking.

BG&E provided structural engineering services which included an efficient and low steel tonnage bid design.

Other outstanding features of the project included the provision of 3D steel shop detailing documentation for steel fabrication and co-ordinating a safe approach for construction, by collaborating with the contractor, fabricators and erection crews, to ensure safe erection and temporary stability of steelwork and concrete panels.
