Norwest Quarter is Mulpha’s $1 billion master-planned community, set to become a world-leading innovation, lifestyle and economic hub, located at 40 Solent Circuit in Sydney’s Hills District, New South Wales (NSW).

The project entails the transformation of 3.8 hectares of greenfield land into a village with nine slender residential towers comprised of 864 apartments in total. Landscaping and amenities will occupy 6,000 square metres or 70 per cent of the site and will include an open-air plaza with retail and outdoor dining, informal play area and ampitheatre, among other features.

BG&E is providing structural engineering for the mixed-use precinct, which is designed to establish a new model for sustainable and vibrant neighbourhoods. A Development Application for the first stage of construction has been lodged, marking the first step for the precinct over 2,000 residents will call home.

Norwest Quarter sets a ground-breaking example of truly designing for residents’ lifestyle needs and aspirations, with the design process responding to how people say they want to live in terms of sustainability, technology and community practises. Residents will be supported to enter the fourth industrial revolution, based upon entrepreneurial practises as opposed to the current knowledge- based economy.
