The proposed Ritz-Carlton Hotel in West Side Place, in Melbourne is scheduled to open 2022 and will be a world-class destination, as well as one of the tallest hotels in Australia.

The elegantly designed lobby will usher guests through an opulent lobby and into an elevator and transport them to the hotel’s sky check-in on level 79, which will offer sweeping views of the city.

Our design savvy team provided facade consulting services for this project, including undertaking regular site inspections as the facades were being installed during construction.

Upon completion the Ritz-Carlton Hotel will feature 263 suites with state-of-the-art bathrooms, breathtaking views and various luxurious amenities, including a day spa, restaurants and bars, concierge services, function rooms, a business centre and 500-seat grand ballroom, and a magnificent outdoor garden terrace.
