This $40 million retirement village is located in the heart of Sydney’s inner west and provides residents with nursing and personal care, dementia support and access to a complete range of healthcare services.

BG&E provided structural engineering for the low-rise village, including the design and documentation of several two-to-three storey aged care blocks, an underground carpark and storage facility, and extensive pre- and post-construction inspections of neighbouring structures to minimise builder liability for surrounding properties.
