This suburban retirement village comprises 180 independent living units, a residential care facility, social and recreational spaces, a wellness centre and the Greendale Community Centre.

BG&E provided detailed structural design services for the masonry, concrete and timber framed dwellings, and designs for the various types of masonry and limestone retaining walls. All were designed with due consideration given to the reactive clay on site and interfacing existing buildings.
