As part of its commitment to sustainable wastewater management, Shoalhaven Water is upgrading the sewer rising main, gravity main, and pump station on Montague, McNamara, and Berry Streets in Vincentia.

The scope entailed detailed design of both the DN200 sewer rising main and DN400 sewer gravity main, provision of new emergency storage and a new sewer pumping station, and upgrade of the electrical and telemetry systems.

The upgrades were necessary to allow for increased wastewater flows to ensure efficient operation and reduce the risk of wastewater overflows into the environment.
