Pavillions Residences

The $354.3 million Pavillions precinct by Mirvac is comprised of two build-to-sell apartment buildings and two build-to-rent buildings, located at Figtree Drive in Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales (NSW). The precinct’s construction was complete in 2021, contributing to Mirvac and the Clean Energy Finance Corporation’s (CEFC) new Australian Build-to-Rent Club (ABTRC), supporting a new asset class for the almost one-third of Australians in the long-term residential market.

BG&E’s structural and civil engineering services provided support from concept design to construction of the residential buildings, which boast one-to-three-bedroom apartments, sky homes and terraces. Several amenities are also included, providing residents with exclusive access to four levels of basement carpark, gym, community room, herb garden, pavilions and BBQ facilities in addition to 4,500 square metres of landscaped podium space.

Pavillions Residences’ answers the needs of those who wish to become homeowners, in addition to those who desire the more affordable build-to-rent offering, providing a quality lifestyle with security of tenure. The precinct also supports Mirvac’s vision of access to affordable clean energy and technology, which lowers energy costs and contributes to a sustainable future for all.
